TinyZip Terms of Use

Effective: October 9, 2026 · Operator: Walala

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of TinyZip, operated by Walala. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The app

TinyZip is a local-first archive and file manager for iPhone and iPad. Features include extraction (ZIP, RAR, 7z, and other formats), compression, browsing, preview, cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive), network (FTP, SFTP, SMB, WebDAV), and Wi‑Fi transfer.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TinyZip on your devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Accounts

TinyZip does not require a TinyZip account. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Optional cloud or network logins you connect are governed by those providers’ terms and remain under your control.

VIP, subscriptions, and refunds

VIP may include ad removal, archive passwords, custom split volumes, WebDAV, app lock, and other premium features as described in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

TinyZip is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walala is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the app.

Minors

If you are a minor, use TinyZip only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The app is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
