TinyZip User Agreement

I. Acceptance of Terms:

This application provides services to you according to the following terms of service. We hereby specially remind you to carefully read this "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), 《TinyZip Privacy Policy》 and its 《TinyZip Children's Privacy Protection Policy》 to ensure you fully understand all terms in this Agreement. Unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use the services related to this Agreement.

II. Effectiveness and Modification of Agreement:

• Your entry into our service and use of our services is deemed as your reading of this Agreement and acceptance of the constraints of this Agreement.
• We have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can consult the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service pages.
• After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use the services we provide, it is deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should exit our service and stop using the services we provide.

III. Registration and Login Agreement

• This application is a standalone application, and basic services do not depend on servers. All file data content is generated and managed by users themselves. This application does not generate any content for users.
• This application does not require the use of accounts and passwords for registration. Purchase record information is bound to your Apple account. For detailed information, please see 《TinyZip Privacy Policy》.
• Users should ensure the stability, authenticity, accuracy, and legal validity of their Apple accounts. If users cannot use member benefits due to Apple account reasons (such as inability to log into Apple accounts), we will not refund the membership fees already paid by users and will not provide any form of compensation/compensation.

IV. About "Accounts"

• This application has no concept of product accounts and cannot locate or associate any specific users and devices. All files in this application are in your own local storage, with no cloud storage functionality. If you uninstall the software or change phones, you need to manually backup and transfer your local files.

V. In-App Purchase Agreement

• Users need to use AppStore payment to purchase or restore VIP. The account information used in payment is not used by us to track any user behavior.
• AppStore VIP purchases are divided into one-time payments or subscription items. If you purchase an auto-renewal subscription item, unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, the item will automatically renew and your account will be charged the renewal fee within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. If users who have already purchased need to restore VIP privileges, please click "Restore Purchase" in our APP.
• We cannot process refund requests for AppStore payments. If users want to request a refund after purchase, they need to apply for a refund from AppStore. The final interpretation right is responsible by AppStore. Therefore, please carefully read this policy before purchasing. For detailed information, please check 《Apple Support》.

VI. Disclaimer

• This application is a standalone tool application and does not generate any other content except advertisements.
• Users should make their own judgments about the content in this service and bear all risks arising from the use of content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content.
• For service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of this application, this application does not assume any responsibility, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impacts caused to users.

VII. Minor Terms

• If you are a minor under 18 years old, before using this application and related services, you should read and agree to this agreement policy and 《TinyZip Children's Privacy Protection Policy》 together with your parents or other guardians under their supervision and guidance.
• If you are a guardian of a minor under 14 years old, before using this application and related services, you should read and agree to this agreement and 《TinyZip Children's Privacy Protection Policy》 for your ward.
• Guardians should know about the safety issues that children should pay attention to when surfing the internet and take preventive measures. If guardians agree to minors using the services provided by this application, they must apply for consumption in the name of the guardian and provide correct guidance and supervision for minors using this member service. The form and performance of minors' rights and obligations under this Agreement is deemed to have obtained the guardian's recognition.
